3.1 Driver Requirements: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
3.2 Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all car rentals and will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the vehicle.
3.3 Vehicle Condition: The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.
3.4 Prohibited Use: Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes, off-road driving (unless specifically authorized), or transporting more passengers than the vehicle capacity.
4.1 Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to alter tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to undertake the tour activities. Please inform us of any health conditions prior to booking.
4.3 Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

6.3 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during tours or in rental vehicles.

7.3 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
